January sees the beginning of some new study for both of us.

I will be taking a Baby Massage Instructor Training course which will enable me to teach new parents the wonderful skill of massage. Some of the benefits of baby massage include helping to bond, soothe and aid sleep.

Austin will be continuing his study of Transactional Analysis beginning with Process Group Training at the Berne Institute in Kegworth followed by the foundation year with TA East in Wanstead.

He will also be facilitating more meditation retreats at the Marist Center in Nympsfield near Stroud in April and September.

We are off to Portugal at the end of January to seek a venue for a European retreat which will offer meditation, yoga/qi gong, massage, reiki and of course free time to explore the local area.
