Had a great day teaching Mindfulness to young adults at a school in Barking Essex a couple of weeks ago. Myself and Lucy Da Silva guided four year groups through some simple practices and hope to have left them with food for thought with a mindful eating exercise.
We also did a session with the staff as part of their wellness program . A good day all round .

Mindfulness meditation has really helped to minimise anxiety and instilled calmness in my life and many others who I know. When calm I’m more likely to offer a more considered response than an immediate reaction. I can also remain very present to the here and now experiences of each day.
